I am sooo behind with blogging my newborn sessions!!! So whilst my daughter Willow watches Beauty and the Beast I have a few minutes to blog one of the many sessions I have had over the past couple of months.
This blog is going to be some of the images taken during Beau’s newborn session back in July (see I told you I was behind lol). This little guy is such a handsome devil. Beau is boy number 4 in this lovely big family!!! He had a bit of a poorly tummy during his session which made him a little unsettled but we worked with poses he found most comfortable. We did do a second session for this little guy as we hadn’t managed to get any family images due to mum feeling very unwell and we knew this was important to mum so we rescheduled for a few days later. Along with family photos we managed to squeeze in a frog pose. I only do these on request so if you are planning on this during your session please let me know prior to the session starting.
I find if you have a baby with an unsettled tummy it is best to start with poses that do not require baby to have pressure on his or her tummy. I like to start with baby laying on their side, wrapped with hands on face or next to face. It is a good starting point and is an easy pose to get without disturbing baby much. Anyhow, here is Beau 🙂 <3
